I saw the video and the articale in the San Mercury News.
It looks like a great place to meet like minds.
I am a Unix hacker for many years. I started my own software company Sept 2006.
I wonder if any of them are shell or C programers?
and if any have writen anything related to automated web sites?

Shell, yes. C, yes. Any other language you can think of(especially obscure ones), probably yes.
Wikipedia and I don’t know what automated web sites specifically refers to, but its highly likely that heaps of devhousers are into it. Building things for the web has emerged as a very popular activity here.
