It was published about 6 years ago in either Bon Apetite or Gourmet magazine. His kitchen at his home had a Santa Fe' flair with a really long bar and it had a hot end and a cold end. The long bar had all of his kitchen serving things stored on the cooking side and on the other side was seating with platters, glasses...all his entertainment things.
