Yes, "Convicted Felons" is key here. Our jails are full of "innocent criminals". BUT, how many REALLY ARE? Do we really need to import more?
There is an over crowding within our prisons and jails now and the % of illegal-undocumented aliens is 25-30%. IF we were to deport them, we would free significant space for our legal population.
We have rules and laws for immigrating into this country and we EMBRACE the IMMIGRANTS who follow these rules to become AMERICAN CITIZENS.
I am pleased to see the increased ENFORCEMENT of our laws, Especially within the criminal section.
Thank you ICE.

What part of Convicted Felons dont you understand Sonia? You'd rather a convicted felon be allowed to leech off our system than have them properly deported? I'd love to see 30% of our prisoners be properly deported (approx % of inmates in california prisons) so that their costs to our state can be used for more important issues.

i think this is very unfair because there's always an explanation for everything. Some of the people involved in this deportaion were accussed of things they never commited, but yet are still paying the same price as a convict. It is very unfair because police seem to enforce the rules when it comes to someone from a different country.
