Blair Ranch

The Peninsula Open Space Trust, a non-profit land preservation group in Palo Alto, has announced it will purchase Blair Ranch, an 868-acre cattle ranch in the hills on San Jose’s southern edges for $8.6 million. The deal will allow the property to become a new public park under an arrangement with the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority. Peninsula Open Space Trust president Audrey Rust talks about the ranch.
