Q: When I click on a thumbnail the slide show does not begin.
A: Most likely your web browser needs Flash player or Quicktime plugin.

Q: Audio does not play on my computer, why?
A: Make sure your volume is up. If your internet connection is not high speed (DSL, CABLE) you might need to wait longer for audio slide show to be ready.
Q: How do I download a wallpaper file?
A: On Windows, right click on a photograph and choose “save picture as.”
On a Mac, just drag the photograph onto your desktop.
